About me
I have been a lawyer since 2008 and I mainly deal with Intellectual Property and Contracts in the High-Tech and Life Sciences sectors.
I am partner at the law firm Gitti and Partners where I am responsible of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice.
I provide assistance and advice, both in and out of court, to companies operating in the high-tech and information technology sectors, as well as to pharmaceutical companies, of the medical devicessector, and of food supplements.
My experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts for the development, exploitation, valorisation, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property rights, production, supply, distribution, co-marketing and clinical trials agreements in relation to pharmaceutical products, medical devices and food supplements, as well as contracts relating to the Information and Communication Technology sector.
I also deal with litigation, especially in patent and know-how matters, as well as in relation to trademarks, designs, copyrights, unfair competition and misleading advertising.
In the past I worked at leading Italian law firms, including Portolano Cavallo, BonelliErede, Gianni & Origoni and the law firm of Alfio Rapisardi.
I graduated in Biology from the University of Milan in 2022, and in 2025 I earned cum laude a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the same university.
I graduated in Law in 2003 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, and in 2008 I obtained a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from King's College London with distinction.
I am registered with the Milan Bar (Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano) with number 2008007207 and I am also qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts.
